How It Works

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation to get to know your student, understand their goals, and identify where they need the most support.

2. Create a Personalized Plan

Based on your student’s goals, interests, and timeline, we’ll create a clear plan outlining what needs to be done and when.

3. Ongoing Guidance & Support

We meet as needed throughout the process to work through applications, college research, essays, testing, deadlines, and other important decisions. I’m here to provide guidance, expertise, and accountability along the way.

4. Stay on Track

You’ll have a clear timeline and next steps so your student knows what to focus on—and your family doesn’t have to navigate the process alone.

Flexible College Planning, Built Around Your Student

Every student’s college journey is different. Some students need help developing a college list and creating a plan, while others benefit from ongoing support with applications, essays, scholarships, and decision-making.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, I use a straightforward hourly model that allows services to be tailored to each student and family.

Before we begin, I’ll talk with you about your student’s goals, needs, and the level of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll determine what makes the most sense for your family. You’ll know what services are being provided and how your time is being used, so there are no surprises.

My goal is to provide meaningful, individualized guidance without asking families to pay for services they don’t need. Whether your student needs a few focused sessions or ongoing support throughout the college process, we can adjust our work together as their needs evolve.

You choose the level of support. I provide the expertise, guidance, and personalized attention to help your student find their own path.

TESTIMONIALS

"As a first-generation college student, I honestly had no idea where to even start with the college process, and Jessica made everything feel so much less overwhelming. She walked me through everything, from the Common App to FAFSA to narrowing down my school list, and I always felt like I had someone who actually understood what I needed. Because of her help, I felt more confident and way more prepared than most of my peers, and I definitely wouldn’t have navigated the whole process as smoothly without her!"

Savanna, Northeastern Class of 2028

"I struggled at a competitive high school, feeling out of place among my peers. I had been diagnosed with ADHD and faced daily challenges in my classes. At the time, I had no idea what my future held. I remained optimistic because of Jessica. She recognized that all students are not alike and helped me find my own path. Because of her optimism, I am the person who I am today- soon to graduate college- a place I never would have seen myself eight years ago."

Komal, UMass Amherst

Class of 2026

"As an introverted and overwhelmed high- schooler, I never imagined feeling confident about my future, but Jessica helped me find my direction step by step. She continued to guide me through college and even grad school, checking in and genuinely caring about my success—her support has made a meaningful difference in my journey."

Sara, William Patterson University,

BS 2022, MS 2024

"Jessica has been an amazing ally and educator in the whole college application process. Knowing that my son had her to guide him through the process gave me a sense of ease in a stressful time. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is also a great person with an overall demeanor of calmness and clarity. And we are happy to say that our son is already on his way to continue his education and Jessica was a big part of that path!"

Kate, Parent, Class of 2026
